1Quay
Our quay has 355m overall length and 9.5m average depth of water.
This full-furnished facility is possible for the loading and unloading with max.
4,000tonnes and allows max. 14,000dwt barge to come alongside the quay.
2Steel Logistic Center
DSSW Steel logistic center is the perfect place to store all sorts of steel raw material transferred by ship.
This center has the enough capacity magnetic cranes and store the materials with dividing into each specification
and the designated process in 44,000m2 area.
The stored raw steel material is transferred to the "Pre-treatment" facility with the order and passed through
the surface treatment and shop primer process.
3Painting Shop
Painting is the typical process to minimize corrosion of ship by sea water.
This paint shop is consist of 2 blasting shops and 5 painting shops to be able to painting works for 150,000tonnes per year.
In the blasting shop, the process that removes the debris and polishes the surface of assembled blocks to make
the condition of painting proceeds.
The paint shop is the particular facility to paint the blasted block with 4-6 coating.
Each paint shop has the enough dust collection and humidity control systems to archive the high quality
and it secures the protect of atmospheric environment as well as the best condition
4Indoor shop
Indoor shop is the main facility to produce the hatch covers for ship and small assemblies of on/offshore plants.
5Outdoor yard
DSSW has 3 outdoor yards and produces the huge size blocks of ship and on/offshore plants.
The No.1 outdoor yard is the suitable place to produce the blocks and huge assemblies for on/offshore plants
such as pipe racks, modules, heavy cranes and others using the two 20tonnes jib cranes.
